About Us

Parq Realty Group is dedicated to providing two types of  property management services for non-owner occupied single family homes. The first is rental management for absentee landlords of single family rental homes.  This includes comprehensive management of tenants and property. We cater to the unique and varied amenities of these residences and focus on the single family living experience.

The second is home management which focuses on the oversight of part-time residences for out of state homeowners. This includes securing the services needed to maintain the property until the home is occupied once again.
